MAX Staffing is seeking an experienced Lead Forklift Operator for a full-time, first-shift position. This role requires strong leadership skills and hands-on experience with both Crown stand-up and sit-down forklifts.

Responsibilities:

Operate stand-up and sit-down Crown forklifts safely and efficiently

Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and order fulfillment

Load, unload, and move pallets of bagged product as needed

Oversee daily workflow and assist with team coordination

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Previous forklift operating experience required (Crown equipment preferred)

Must have RF scanning experience

Ability to handle physical work, including moving palletized materials

Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills

Leadership or team lead experience preferred
