As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will earn a competitive wage of up to $40/hour, depending on experience. Plus, we offer a $300 sign-on bonus. You will also be eligible for generous benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k), 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) that increases based on time of service, 2 paid sick days, paid holidays, monthly bonus opportunities, and a company vehicle and uniforms.

• Provide residential HVAC service, repair, and maintenance
• Remove old HVAC systems and install new systems
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Train junior team members
• Communicate with clients and customers effectively
• Order and maintain equipment and parts
• Run pipe and duct systems through homes
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams
• Understand refrigeration cycles
• Interpret technical data such as pressure and temperature
• Maintain a valid driver s license and good driving record

• 4+ years of HVAC field experience
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
• Experience removing old HVAC systems and installing new ones
• Experience performing routine maintenance
• Ability to train junior team members
• Strong communication skills with clients and customers
• Experience ordering and maintaining equipment
• Ability to read wiring diagrams
• Understanding refrigeration cycles
• Ability to interpret technical data (pressure, temperature)
• Valid driver s license and a good driving record
