R & T Yoder Electric, Plumbing & HVAC Inc in Columbus, OH is hiring a full‑time, experienced Home Service Plumber. This role offers a competitive wage of up to $45 per hour, a $300 sign‑on bonus, and a range of benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, sick days, paid holidays, monthly bonus opportunities, uniforms and a company vehicle.

• 4+ years of plumbing field experience
• Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems, NSPC, and local codes
• DOT certification a plus
• Knowledge of industrial, medical or agriculture plumbing systems a plus
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

We are looking for a problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting, is self‑motivated, has excellent communication skills, and is service‑oriented. The ideal candidate is respectful, punctual, reliable, and takes pride in their work.

Salary range: $60,000 – $105,000 per year (based on experience). Additional benefits: health, vision, dental, life insurance, 401(k), 2 weeks PTO that increases with tenure, 2 paid sick days, paid holidays, monthly bonus opportunities, uniforms, and a company vehicle.
