Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot residential electrical systems.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes.
- Work with customers to diagnose problems and provide clear explanations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- 4+ years of electrical field experience.
- Knowledge of commercial and residential electrical systems, NEC, and local codes.
- Knowledge of industrial, medical, or agriculture electrical systems is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Excellent communication skills, problem‑solving ability, service‑oriented attitude, punctuality, and reliability.
Competitive wage up to $40/hour, $300 sign‑on bonus, health, vision, dental, life insurance, 401(k), 2 weeks PTO increasing with seniority, 2 paid sick days, paid holidays, monthly bonus opportunities, uniforms, and a company vehicle.
CompensationSalary range: $60,000 – $95,000 per year (depending on experience).
