Salary
Up to $37.50/hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $40.00/hour within 90 days
ShiftDuPont Schedule (Extended stretches of consecutive days off); 12-hour rotating swing shift after day-shift training

Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical equipment and systems up to 480V. Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters, ohm meters, and other electrical diagnostic tools. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on motors, drives, motor control centers (MCCs), and related equipment. Troubleshoot and repair variable frequency drives (VFDs) and motor control circuits. Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial instrumentation. Perform loop checks, instrument calibrations, and verification of control system functionality.
Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, sensors, transmitters, and automated equipment. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, loop drawings, technical manuals, and ladder logic. Complete additional electrical, instrumentation, and maintenance duties as assigned.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician, Controls Technician, Automation Technician, or in a similar industrial role. Hands-on experience with industrial PLCs, HMIs, sensors, instrumentation, and electrical systems. Experience with industrial communication protocols and robotics is preferred.
