Snow Labor – Snow Removal

As a Snow Removal Laborer, you’ll help keep commercial properties safe and accessible during winter weather by clearing snow and ice from sidewalks, walkways, and other designated areas. This hands‑on, hourly role involves using shovels and snow removal equipment, applying de‑icing materials, and working as part of a team to deliver timely, reliable service during snow events.

• Remove snow and ice from sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and other designated areas using shovels and powered equipment
• Apply salt and other de‑icing materials by hand or with appropriate equipment to maintain safe walking surfaces
• Perform physically demanding outdoor work in extreme cold and inclement weather conditions
• Respond promptly to snow events, including overnight, weekend, and extended shifts as needed
• Inspect tools and equipment before use and promptly report maintenance or repair needs
• Follow company safety policies and procedures to maintain safe working conditions for employees, customers, and pedestrians

• Must be available 24/7 during snow events; work hours are determined by weather conditions and snowfall accumulation
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor winter conditions, including standing, walking, squatting, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds as part of routine job duties
• Ability to safely operate snow removal tools and equipment in compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and all applicable state and local regulations
