What is a Youth Direct Care Specialist?
A Youth Direct Care Specialist is responsible for the well-being of youth placed at Gracehaven's therapeutic group home. They provide high-quality, trauma-informed, direct care to youth and facilitate positive interactions related to a youth's placement.
