Psych Pros is a nationally recognized staffing and recruiting firm dedicated to the behavioral healthcare field. We are currently hiring a Case Manager to work full-time with clients experiencing homelessness and staying at an interim housing site in El Sereno, CA 90032.

This is a TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT with no set end date and the potential for converting to a permanent position for a strong candidate.

• One year of case management experience in a social service setting is required.
• Possess a valid California driver's license with good driving record and have access to properly registered vehicle required.
• A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology is preferred.

• $23.50/hour

• Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

• El Sereno, CA 90032

• Conduct assessments of new residents
• Develop case plans
• Provide case management, support, and referrals to meet shelter, financial, social service, mental health and physical health needs during the resident’s stay at the shelter
• Transport participants as needed to essential appointments and to access necessary community resources
