Position: Full Stack Python Developer – Generative AI

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid – 3 days onsite; 2 days remote)

About the Role
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong hands‑on experience in Python, modern front‑end frameworks, and Generative AI application design. The ideal candidate will work across backend, frontend, and AI‑driven product development, building scalable and intelligent user experiences powered by LLMs and Agentic AI systems.

• Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end full stack applications using Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI) and modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Integrate and optimize Generative AI and LLM‑powered features into applications (e.g., via Lang Chain, Lang Graph, or ADK).
• Develop modular, reusable AI workflows and custom agents for various use cases.
• Collaborate with design teams to implement clean, responsive UI/UX interfaces.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and data flow between front‑end and AI services.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into AI‑enabled solutions.

• 5+ years of professional development experience, with at least 4+ years in Python‑based Full Stack development.
• Proven experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Experience building or integrating Generative AI apps and LLMs.
• Hands‑on familiarity with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, ADK, or Agentic AI frameworks.
• Ability to develop and maintain REST APIs and microservices.
• Excellent problem‑solving and collaboration skills.

• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, or RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.

• Work on cutting‑edge AI and LLM‑based applications that redefine user experiences.

Pay Range: $80/hr on W2 – $85/hr on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
