Job Summary:
The selected Consultants will work closely with.
T. supervisor, project managers, business analysts, QA developers and other developers in an agile development environment. The work scope includes requirements gathering, application design, development, testing, presentations, demos, deployment, and technical support.
- Responsible for new development and/or rewriting legacy applications to .NET applications utilizing C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, Windows Forms, SQL Server and other technologies.
- New applications will implement an N-tier architecture and comply with ODPS coding standards.
- During interview process must demonstrate competence/experience in specific area(s) of project assignment; experience must be documented for review and verification.
- Strong communication/leadership skills.
- Strong influence, collaboration and negotiation experience.
- Ability to collaborate with supporting resources across business and/or functional lines.
- Excellent oral and written skills with strong meeting and work session facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines.
- Strong understanding of prioritization stemming from elicitation of system and/or user requirements.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, planning, problem solving, decision-making skills.
- Proficient in English language; must speak clearly and understandably.
- Provides technical guidance and mentoring to technical staff.
