• 10+ years as Senior Software Engineer or 2+ years as Principal Engineer in large‑scale transformation programs.
• 5+ years of direct experience with GCP and/or AWS; strong knowledge of multi‑cloud ecosystems.
• Expertise in scalable cloud solutions using GenAI, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
• Strong understanding of Dev Sec Ops  and scaled agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Knowledge of the insurance industry.
• Certifications:
  
  Google Professional Cloud Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.

• Experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation).
• Proficiency in microservices, API management (Swagger, Apigee, AWS API Gateway), and event‑driven architecture (Kafka, Kinesis).
• Hands‑on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (Lang Chain, CrewAI, Lang Graph).
• Skills in prompt engineering and instruction design.
• Knowledge of vector databases, knowledge graphs, and hybrid memory systems.
• Familiarity with observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace) and secure deployment practices.
• Expertise in GenAI‑driven test automation and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Docker/Open Shift).
• Strategic thinking and ethical AI governance.

Hybrid work schedule: expectation of working in office 3 days a week.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship. The company will not support the STEM OPT I-983 Training Plan endorsement for this position.

The annualized base pay range for this role is: $166,560 - $249,840.
