Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Java Lead to take on a pivotal role within our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding developers, architecting scalable and efficient solutions, and ensuring high code quality through thorough reviews. This position involves managing the complete project lifecycle, mentoring junior team members, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and solving complex technical challenges to deliver high-quality software solutions.

The Java Lead will be expected to lead both onsite and offshore teams and interact with customers on a daily basis.

• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) for Java projects, from conception to deployment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Manage project deliverables, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and support junior and mid-level developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to enforce best practices and maintain code quality.
• Engage with stakeholders and customers regularly to gather feedback and align development with business goals.
