Lead Application Developer opportunity open with an enterprise organization based in Columbus, OH, with a hybrid schedule (onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays). In this role you will design and implement scalable, high-quality applications while leading a small development team. You ll collaborate across departments, mentor developers, and apply the latest technologies to improve performance and efficiency.
Role- Lead design and development of end-to-end web and application solutions
- Mentor developers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency
- Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance system performance and flexibility
- Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
- Create and execute test plans to ensure reliability and performance
- Recommend improvements based on findings and best practices
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience through the full SDLC using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with Angular (1.x or 7+), Type Script, and Visual Studio
- Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases
- Familiarity with TFS, Azure Dev Ops, and GIT for source control
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
