The Ohio Department of Medicaid is seeking a software development professional to be part of our Application Development Team. As a Senior .NET Developer, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and/or modifying software applications and components using Visual Studio, .NET and SPFx technologies, and 3rd party tools like React, Gulp, and/or NodeJS.
- Working with SQL database and data storage technologies.
- Serving as a technical subject matter expert, as assigned, to perform application design & development tasks.
- Performing SharePoint Administration functions (e.g., site maintenance, user & content management).
The preferred candidate will have experience with .NET, SQL, C#, and SharePoint.
QualificationsRequired experience:
- 60 months combined work experience in any combination of the following: assuring requirements are defined and approved, performing code reviews and ensuring application development standards are met, including 12 months primary technology experience as specified by the agency position description and job posting.
- Or completion of an associate core program in computer science or information systems; 42 months combined work experience in the above categories, including 12 months primary technology experience.
- Or completion of an undergraduate core program in computer science or information systems; 36 months combined work experience in the above categories, including 12 months primary technology experience.
- Or equivalent of the minimum class qualifications for employment noted above.
