, you’ll be ensuring every test environment runs on accurate, consistent, and secure data. Your work will empower testing teams to validate functionality, performance, and reliability with confidence. From crafting test data sets to safeguarding sensitive information, you’ll play a critical role in building the foundation for critical program delivery.

• Generate and maintain test data sets for various testing phases, smoke, epic (integration & system), end to end, UAT.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple environments.

• Ensure masking or anonymize sensitive data to comply with security and privacy standards.
• Maintain documentation of data sources and usage.

• Work closely with QA engineers, developers, and business analysts to understand data requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues during test execution.

• Learn and use test data management tools and scripts for data provisioning.
• Support automation teams by providing structured data for automated test cases.

• Follow organizational policies for data security and regulatory compliance (e.g., SoX, HIPAA).

• Intermediate understanding of databases (SQL preferred).
• Familiarity with software testing concepts and SDLC.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.

• Exposure to test data management tools (e.g., Informatica TDM, Delphix) is a plus.
• Knowledge of data masking and synthetic data generation techniques.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
