Fulltime / W2 Contract

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in Salesforce development and be comfortable working in a hybrid onsite environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications
• Build and customize Salesforce custom objects, fields, workflows, and validations
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and controllers
• Create and manage automation using Flow Builder
• Write efficient SOQL queries to support business requirements
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
• Support deployments and version control using Copado or similar CI/CD tools
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

• 4+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in:
  • Custom Objects
  • Flow Builder
  • Apex Classes & Controllers
  • SOQL
• Experience with Copado or a similar CI/CD pipeline tool
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II preferred)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
