As we expand our operations, we are seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to ensure the excellence and reliability of our advanced energy storage solutions.

We’re looking for someone with experience architecting, developing, integrating, testing, and troubleshooting embedded software written in C and Python on microcontrollers such as the STM
32, ESP
32, and Raspberry Pi. These systems are the heart of safety-critical products like battery management systems and battery charging systems.

• Writing and maintaining code for microcontrollers and related peripherals in embedded systems, such as battery management systems and related energy management systems
• Testing, debugging, and troubleshooting these systems
• Working alongside other developers, hardware engineers, and mechanical engineers on the integration of the systems into the product
• Maintaining, supporting, and improving systems after initial delivery

• Expertise with low-level microcontroller development (e.g., STM
  32), RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS), and hardware abstraction layer usage
• Skilled in writing, testing, and debugging device drivers based on technical documentation
• Proficiency in writing, testing, and debugging bootloaders and flash programming tools
• Extensive knowledge of C
• Experience with peripherals and communication protocols such as SPI, CAN, I2C, RS-485, and Ethernet
• Proven ability with developing real-time safety-critical software to standards such as ISO 26262, IEC 61508, ISO 13849
• Hands‑on experience testing and debugging code on a bench setup using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, JTAG probes, etc.
• Proficiency in managing source code with Git and Git Lab
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience providing post‑production technical support

• Passion for safe, robust implementations

• Knowledge of Python, Rust, shell scripting, CMake, and linker syntax
• Proficiency with MATLAB and Simulink
• Experience with hardware or electronic circuit design
• Participation in school or college engineering programs (FIRST, FSAE, EcoCAR, etc.)
• Familiarity with AUTOSAR
• Experience consulting on new project initiation and architecture
• Familiarity with Infineon AURIX, NXP LPC, STM SPC, TI C2000, or other MCU families
