Long-term opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Playwright QA Automation Engineer to join our QA team and support the testing of modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UI automation using Playwright and a solid understanding of software testing methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile environments.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for web applications
• Execute automated and manual test cases to validate functionality, performance, and reliability
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements and testing scope
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
• Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives
• Continuously improve test coverage and automation frameworks

• Strong hands‑on experience with Playwright
• Proficiency in JavaScript / Type Script
• Experience in UI automation testing for web applications
• Good understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and QA best practices
• Experience with Git and version control systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or Azure Dev Ops
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Nice to Have: Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)
• Nice to Have: Knowledge of performance testing tools
• Nice to Have: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Nice to Have: Exposure to BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Gherkin)
