The Senior Software Developer will develop and maintain full‑stack software solutions, managing the entire development lifecycle from gathering requirements to deployment and maintenance. The role involves troubleshooting, enhancing existing systems, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

• Write high‑quality, test‑driven code
• Demonstrate technical excellence in software development (program design, coding, testing, debugging)
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers across languages, OS, databases, development tools, networking, and software
• Research, innovate, and implement new applications, functionality, and improvements
• Work with developers, product owners, and business analysts to define high‑level requirements, break them into tasks, and guide the development team
• Contribute to project planning by providing estimates, solutions, recommendations, and identifying risks
• Drive long‑term success by delivering solutions that facilitate future progress
• Assist engineers and users in identifying and resolving system issues using application knowledge and technical expertise
• Recommend appropriate solutions, including risk analysis, opportunities, and estimates
• Drive system enhancements and e‑commerce innovation, assisting in the development of patches or upgrades required for system stability and performance
• Provide on‑call support for the e‑commerce platform

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5–7 years of experience delivering full‑stack applications with JavaScript, Type Script, Node.js
• Proficiency with multiple languages, databases, operating systems, scripting languages, and utilities
• Knowledge of collaboration, automation, and source control tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Atlassian Stack, Git Hub, and Control M
• Excellent understanding of software development principles (program design, flowcharting, coding, testing, debugging, etc.)
• Preferred exposure to Google Cloud or similar cloud platforms
• Preferred experience in the retail industry
• Preferred experience with Shopify and developing with Liquid templates or similar technologies
• Preferred experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager or similar analytics/tagging platforms
• Experience with agile methodologies using Atlassian tools

• Ability to multi‑task across projects and applications while meeting deadlines
• Self‑motivated, team‑oriented, and able to operate with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment
• Demonstrated adaptability, learning new skills and keeping abreast of technology trends
• Exceptional organizational, time‑management, and planning skills with strong attention to detail
