• We are seeking a highly skilled ARGO Developer with strong experience in ARGO Application Development Suite (ADS) and Traditional Teller Applications.
• The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience developing and customizing ARGO Teller solutions in a retail banking environment.
• Experience with Argo CD (CI/CD tool) does NOT qualify for this role.
• Candidates must have ARGO ADS / Traditional Teller Application development experience.

• Design, develop, customize, and support ARGO Traditional Teller applications using ARGO ADS.
• Develop and maintain ARGO version 6 objects, including:
• Enablers
• WOGS
• AOGS
• Host Communications
• Electronic Journal (EJ)
• Totals
• Perform hands‑on coding, debugging, unit testing, and production support.
• Participate in system design, application development, and operational stability activities.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to support retail banking and teller operations.
• Follow SDLC best practices and Agile methodologies.
• Ensure application resiliency, performance, and security standards are met.

• 5+ years of hands‑on development experience with ARGO ADS.
• Strong experience with ARGO Traditional Client / Teller platform.
• Current knowledge of ARGO version 6.
• Proven experience working on Teller/Retail Banking systems.
• Hands‑on coding experience using:
• Enterprise‑scale application development and support.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
