One of our client in the government domain is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, integration, and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and third-party integrations, along with hands-on experience in Lightning Components, Apex development, Experience Cloud, and enterprise integration technologies. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions that support organizational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
Lead Salesforce projects through the full lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Aura Components, Flows, Process Builder, and other Salesforce technologies.
Configure and enhance Salesforce functionality, workflows, automation processes, reports, dashboards, and security settings.
Design and manage Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) sites.
Create Salesforce forms and offline data collection solutions using Survey
123 or similar Salesforce-native tools.
Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and executive-level reporting solutions.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test plans and test cases, and validate results against business requirements.
Create technical documentation, user guides, training materials, and system process documentation.
Mentor and train internal development teams on Salesforce best practices and solution design.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies.
