Full Stack Developer

Insight Global is seeking a skilled .NET Full Stack Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of modern web applications. This individual will play a key role in building secure, scalable applications utilizing Blazor Server, .NET Web APIs, C#, and SQL Server while adhering to enterprise development standards and established UI guidelines.

The ideal candidate has experience building end-to-end applications, integrating with third-party systems and authentication platforms, and working within a modern Git Hub-based development environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using Blazor Server and C#
• Build and support .NET Web APIs to enable application integrations and business functionality
• Develop and optimize database solutions within SQL Server
• Implement secure authentication and authorization solutions, including integration with Entra  (Azure AD) and Azure B2C
• Integrate applications with internal and external APIs
• Ensure applications properly handle sensitive and confidential data through encryption and security best practices
• Follow established UI/UX standards and style guides to maintain consistency across all state applications
• Participate in code reviews, pull requests, and branch management using Git Hub Enterprise
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and fellow developers to deliver new features and enhancements
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
• Create and maintain automated tests to ensure application quality and reliability

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with C# and .NET (.NET Core/.NET 6+)- they are on 10
• Hands-on experience building applications using Blazor Server
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong SQL Server experience, including writing queries and troubleshooting data issues
• Full-stack development experience across UI, API, and database layers
• Experience implementing authentication and authorization solutions
• Familiarity with Entra  (Azure AD), Azure B2C, SSO, OAuth, or JWT authentication
• Experience working with Git, pull requests, and source control best practices
• Familiarity with Git Hub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools
• Ability to work within an Agile development environment
• Experience with automated testing frameworks

• Experience with Git Hub Enterprise
• Experience with Playwright for UI automation testing
• Experience developing applications that manage sensitive or regulated data

This person is a true full-stack developer who can confidently build user interfaces in Blazor, develop APIs in .NET, work directly with SQL Server, and navigate modern authentication/security requirements.
