Job Summary Part of a larger team delivering high quality technology solutions to the business. Design, develop and installs advanced software solutions. Build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with internal architecture, development & design standards & best practices. Design, modify, develop, write, implement and troubleshoot software programming applications. Support and/or install software applications. Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.  

Works within a Waterfall or Agile methodology/framework based team. Collaborates heavily with Project Management, Business Analyst and Infrastructure Job Families.

What you’ll do:

Essential Job Functions & Tasks

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Technology Project Managers, Architects, Business Stakeholders and participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, implementation, and production support.

Diagnose complex production incidents, determine root causes, and implement sustainable corrective solution within SLAs.undefined

Produce and maintain appropriate technical documentation, including application architecture, interfaces, dependencies, support procedures, and solution designs.undefined

Support Business Analysts and business stakeholders with the creation and execution of System Test cases

Build trusting relationships and work collaboratively across IT and Business teams, system integrators, vendors, and job families to accomplish complex goals.
Preferred Requirements:7+ years of enterprise application development and support experience.

Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Development, SQL Queries, HTML, JavaScript, React, Oracle/ PL/SQL Experience supporting  Framework and  / ASP.NET Core, including .NET 8, 9, and/or 10.

Experience with Open Shift and SSO technologies

Business Process knowledge application development and support as well as change management

Demonstrate critical thinking, urgency, and attention to detail to support real time operations

Claude, Git Hub, Jira, CI/CD Pipeline, Oracle Web Logic, Automated Testing, APIs

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.

Work Experience requirement listed below:7 years relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
