Duties:

Develop and oversee new product features from inception to deployment, including ongoing enhancements.

Build full-stack SaaS applications using Ruby on Rails, React/Type Script, and PostgreSQL.Contribute to technical design decisions, application architecture, APIs, and database layouts.

Utilize AI-powered development tools to expedite coding, testing, debugging, and overall engineering efficiency.

Collaborate with a Principal Engineer to shape and advance modern, AI-infused engineering approaches.

Guide other engineers through code reviews, technical advice, and knowledge exchange.

Take charge of production performance, quality, scalability, and ongoing enhancements.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably with SaaS or web-based products.

Solid hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, React/Type Script, and PostgreSQL.Familiarity with AWS and cloud-based application development.

Experience leading software features from conception to production.

Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD, and modern software engineering methodologies.

Hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot, Codex, or similar tech.

Strong problem-solving abilities, solid technical judgment, and the capacity to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to fellow engineers.

Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms, serverless architectures, or regulated environments.
