Your Role:
Studio Front Desk Associate

You'll be the first face people see when they walk in and the voice they hear when they call. This is more than a front desk job - it's an opportunity to inspire, encourage, and help others take the first step toward a healthier, happier life.

What You'll Do:

* Greet everyone who walks through our doors with genuine energy and excitement

* Present the Orange theory Fitness experience to potential members (we call them "intros")

* Answer phones, follow up with leads, and assist members with enthusiasm

* Collaborate with coaches and team members to deliver a world-class fitness experience

* Participate in marketing and outreach events to grow the OTF community

* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio space

* Support members and help resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency

What You'll Get:

* Hourly Pay: $14.00/hour

* Sales Commission:
Earn more by helping us grow! As high as $40 per sale!

* Short, Flexible

Shifts:

3-5 hours on weekday evenings and weekends. Looking for a minimum of 3 shifts a week, with at least one weekend day required. More shifts available at our multiple studios if the schedule fits you!
