Swimming Instructor

Position Overview

British Swim School Brampton is looking for enthusiastic swimming instructors to join our year‑round program. Candidates will work with kids and adults in a fun, safe environment that focuses on water safety and stroke development.

• Teach swimming lessons to children ranging from babies to adults.
• Develop and execute lesson plans that promote water safety and skill progression.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming atmosphere in the pool area.
• Communicate with parents and staff to support student progress.
• Adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of individual learners.
• Work evenings and weekends as required (flexible schedule).

• Strong swimming skills and ability to demonstrate all four basic strokes.
• Valid Bronze Cross or current National Lifeguard Certification (preferred).
• Experience working with children, especially preschool and elementary age groups.
• Dependable, punctual, focused, nurturing, energetic, and fun‑loving.

This is a permanent, part‑time position with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and evenings. Commitment is year‑round.
