Driver/Operator

We are seeking an experienced CDL Bus Driver to join our team in Columbus, Ohio via Columbus Airport RAC. As a key member, you will ensure safe and comfortable transportation for passengers, while upholding high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Starting pay rate: $20.50 / hour

Part time 3rd shift

• Safety-Focused Operations:
  Execute routes and schedules following designated procedures, while adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Passenger Care:
  Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Vehicle Vigilance:
  Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report maintenance issues promptly, and maintain cleanliness and readiness of safety equipment.
• Adherence to Protocols:
  Follow company policies, including seat belt enforcement, emergency readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as required

• 21 years or older
• CDL Class B License with Air Brake and Passenger endorsements
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts as assigned
• Subject to DOT drug testing and medical requirements where applicable; DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 prohibits the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis

• Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed
• Long periods of sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen may be required
• Work environment will be indoors and outdoors
