Warehouse Traffic Coordinator

Job Description

Hyperlogistics, a 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) provider located near the Rickenbacker Airport, is in need of a 1st shift Warehouse Traffic Coordinator for Monday‑Friday, 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm. This key position coordinates trailer and container movements into and out of the warehouse. The successful candidate will make appointments, assign truck/​container movements into specific locations, and update the status of all loading/unloading activity on the activity board.

The position also serves as a backup for our Transportation Manager. Truck dispatch experience is a plus. Starting rate $23.00 per hour.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of truck dispatch, warehouse, or logistics experience.
• Be familiar with transportation and warehouse operations and terminology, and understand the differences between LTL, FTL, containers, and trailers.
• Must be computer literate with strong computer skills.
• Be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and multitasking with strong attention to detail and follow‑up.
• Be comfortable working on your feet for periods of time; the position requires inspecting trucks in all weather conditions.
