As a shuttle driver at Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbus Airport, you'll be responsible for safely transporting guests to and from their destinations. Your role will involve ensuring vehicle maintenance is up-to-date and operating efficiently. Successful shuttle drivers will have a strong track record of safe driving, excellent communication skills with guests, and top‑notch organization and time‑management abilities.

• Represent the hotel in a positive light at all times
• Providing top‑notch service to ensure a positive guest experience
• Assisting guests with luggage and transportation needs
• Offering accurate information on local attractions and activities
• Maintaining a neat and welcoming lobby and entrance

• Hold a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and push/pull heavy carts
• High school diploma preferred
• Outstanding customer service abilities
