We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director to lead and oversee our final mile delivery operations. This role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of goods to customers while maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.

• Manage and optimize final mile delivery operations for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop a team of drivers and support staff, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery execution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, DOT regulations, and safety standards.

• Proven leadership experience in logistics, transportation, or final mile delivery operations.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
