Pay BreakdownMileage Pay (Post-Training): $0.43 to $0.51 CPM (based on experience)
Stop Pay: $15 per stop once upgraded
Drivers are paid weekly, and most trainees transition to solo status quickly once training benchmarks are met.
Route & Schedule DetailsOTR Schedule: 12 to14 days out followed by a 34-hour home reset
Load Types: Mix of drop & hook and live load/unload
This position is designed to help new drivers gain real over-the-road experience while running consistent freight.

Willingness to run OTR for two consecutive weeks
Must live within 200 miles of Columbus, OH
