We’re hiring a Trane Warehouse Associate in Columbus, OH to help our warehouse team operate at its best. You’ll work during the day (1st shift, Monday‑Friday with occasional Saturdays) to ensure we are meeting our customers’ needs. On‑Site (5 days)

• Operates a truck that delivers material and finished goods from one location to another.
• Pickup and deliver freight efficiently and productively.
• Handle freight without damage.
• Check freight received and delivered against freight bill for accuracy.
• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations.
• Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment.
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on‑call shifts, as required.
• Must pass DOT physical.
• Reinforces culture of safety by utilizing all appropriate resources to safely perform all functions of the job.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven team player.

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift.

Base Pay Range: $21 per hour and up—DOE.

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
