Warehouse Associate

DSI is a sales enablement company with an immediate career opportunity for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our distribution center in Columbus, Ohio. This key role is responsible for shipping and receiving and requires a general knowledge of all phases of warehousing. To succeed, you will need intermediate computer skills; warehouse management system experience is preferred.

Full‑time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

$17.00/yr – $18.00/yr

• Handle all aspects of shipping and receiving to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift or pallet jack
• Operate within a warehouse management system to track inventory and orders
• Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment
• Process invoices and complete order fulfillment tasks accurately
• Maintain a positive, can‑do attitude and drive to achieve and exceed goals
• Arrive on time, work with minimal supervision, and adapt to changing priorities
• Collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently
• Manage time efficiently and balance multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Maintain reliable transportation to and from the facility

• Experience in shipping and receiving
• Ability to load and unload trucks with a forklift or pallet jack
• Proficiency in a warehouse management system
• Skill in picking and packing
• Experience with invoicing and order fulfillment
• Positive, can‑do attitude with a passion to exceed goals
• Reliable and punctual with minimal supervision
• Willingness to take on new tasks and learn daily
• Excellent time‑management skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Other duties and tasks as assigned

• Operating a sit‑down forklift is preferred
• Experience using warehouse management systems
• Capacity to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
• Ability to write simple correspondence and perform basic arithmetic
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently

• Intermediate computer skills, preferably in a warehouse environment using Fed Ex and local freight carriers
• Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Experience with an inventory management system is a plus
