Warehouse Inventory Associate

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Planes Moving & Storage Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Associate who will play a vital role in the daily operations of our warehouse team. The position is responsible for the efficient movement, organization, and tracking of goods within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Organize and store merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Verify incoming shipments against invoices and inspect goods for quality.
• Pack items securely for shipment according to company standards.
• Load and secure products and equipment on trucks for delivery.
• Retrieve items for processing and shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Follow supervisor instructions and emergency procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold core principles of TEAM (Trust, Empowerment, Accountability, Mesh).
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Forklift (stand up and sit down)
• Hand pallet jack
• 2-wheeled dolly

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with Microsoft Office and Excel. Warehouse Management System experience preferred.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds unassisted.
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and standing.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions and warehouse environments.
• May require nights and/or weekends based on operational needs.
