Distribution Warehouse Associate

We’re looking for a Warehouse and Distribution Associate to join our team! This role is responsible for processing client orders, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

• Generate and release orders using CounterPoint Sales System.
• Receive, sort and inspect incoming distribution product deliveries.
• Lead Wholesale Department in efficiently unloading and organizing shipments.
• Prepare orders for shipment: locate items, pack safely, and create accurate shipping labels.
• Process outgoing shipments using various carriers and shipping platforms.
• Maintain warehouse organization and follow all safety protocols.
• Performance routine inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Ship materials to and from trade shows as needed.
• Communicate with the Operations Manager to maintain sufficient packing and shipping supplies.
• Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained and safe to operate.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team dynamic.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, goal-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good time management and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with operating standard warehouse equipment.

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience in shipping and receiving.

• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other external communication tools.
• Experience using CounterPoint software, or other point of sale/inventory management software.
• Experience with operating warehouse equipment.

This position will require a great deal of standing, walking, lifting and movement on a regular basis. Lifting packages up to 40 lbs. Regular work inside and outside will be expected.

Compensation starting rate: $16 per hour. Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, and 401-K available.
