** Pay & Schedule**
* ** Training Pay: $20/hour until piece pay begins**
* ** Performance-based pay: $.25 per case picked**
* ** Typical earnings: $175–$350 per shift**

* Schedule:

** 5 days/week, 3rd shift
* ** Start time:
** 7:00 PM
* ** Average shift length:
** 8.5 hours (some shorter, some longer)
** What You’ll Do
*** Use RF scanners (ring-finger style) to pick orders accurately
* Move product weighing 10–70 lbs throughout your shift
* Work on your feet in a
** refrigerated environment
*** Operate
** tow-motors and stand-up forklifts
*** Follow instructions and safety guidelines in English## Qualifications
** What We're Looking For
*** Responsible for picking accurate products and quantities for orders using ring-finger RF scanners.
* Continually lift/push/pull a variety of packages with weights from 10-50 pounds.
* Work is performed on your feet throughout the shift in a
** refrigerated environment**.
* Must be 18 years of age.
* Operate with accountability while having an eye for detail.
* Experience operating tow-motors/forklifts helpful.
* Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 65-pound packages
* Must be able to stand/walk over the course of an 8-hour shift
* Must be able to
** pass a drug screen test.
*** Must be able to
** pass a background check.
*** Must be able to read English.
