Inventory Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join a growing team. This role combines inventory management, warehouse coordination, and hands-on technology work. You'll be responsible for preparing equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, assembling product kits, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
• Verify shipments for accuracy and complete inventory documentation.
• Label, track, and maintain inventory using computer software.
• Load software and firmware onto electronic equipment.
• Assemble product kits according to order requirements.
• Coordinate shipments to multiple locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization.
• Use Microsoft Office and inventory management software to track orders and inventory.
• Follow safety procedures and assist with general warehouse responsibilities as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Previous inventory, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience working with technology, electronics, or equipment is a plus but not required.
