Job Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and inventory IT/IS hardware using designated inventory systems
- Ship IT hardware according to scheduled deadlines and service requests
- Unpack, pick, pack, and prepare equipment for shipment to field technicians and stores
- Process outgoing and returned equipment accurately and in a timely manner
- Record and maintain accurate serial numbers and asset tracking information
- Ensure proper handling of equipment using UPS and other shipping methods
- Maintain clean, organized, and orderly work areas
- Follow verbal and written instructions for equipment movement and processing
- Support overall logistics workflow for IT hardware distribution and returns
- Inventory management systems experience
- Shipping and receiving operations
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Physical handling of hardware equipment
- Organizational and time management skills???
Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience - Ability to work onsite full-time
- Ability to stand and walk frequently throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 80 lbs with assistance
- Ability to accurately read, write, and count
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- High school diploma or GED required
