Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement allowances 24/7 dedicated team support What You ll Do Provide emergency nursing care for a diverse patient population in a busy ER setting Manage acute trauma cases in a Level 4 trauma environment Collaborate with a team of 2 RNs, an LVN, and a unit secretary Perform patient assessment, stabilization, and treatment planning Administer medications, IVs, and advanced life support Document clinical findings using Cerner system Participate in rotating weekend, holiday, and on-call schedules as required What You Need Current Texas or Multistate RN license Valid AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications 1+ years of emergency room experience Strong clinical skills in trauma and critical care Ability to work night shifts and rotate schedules About the Assignment This position is at a busy ER averaging 850 patients a month, featuring an 8-bed unit with 2 trauma bays.
