About the Position
Papa is hiring part‑time companion caregivers in Columbus, WI. Earn up to $13.00/hr we’re recruiting reliable people who love to help others.
Responsibilities- Help around the house
- Run errands
- Provide transportation
- Offer friendly company to older adults and families
- Age 21 or older
- Ability to communicate in English
- Valid U.S. issued driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to pass a motor vehicle report
- Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy
- Access to a smartphone
- Access to a vehicle [] or newer
- Kind‑hearted, patient, and caring personality
- Available to work 2 or more hours per week
- Earn up to $13.00/hr with bonuses
- Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits (depends on location; not available everywhere)
- Flexible schedule: choose hourly visit opportunities via the mobile app, typically 2‑4 hours each, and create your own schedule around your life
- No prior caregiving experience needed; we welcome those with life experience caring for others, stay‑at‑home parents, retirees, or anyone wanting meaningful, flexible work
