About Us Grwp Llandrillo Menai was established in 2012 as a result of mergers between Coleg Llandrillo, Coleg Menai and Coleg Meirion-Dwyfor. It employs 2,000 staff and delivers courses to around 21,000 students, including over 1,500 higher education students, across Anglesey, Conwy, Denbighshire and Gwynedd. Job Purpose To provide high quality teaching, to create effective opportunities for learning and to enable all learners to achieve to the best of their ability.

We are seeking to appoint a lecturer to deliver both FE and HE modules related to Business. Teaching will be on our FdA Business Management programme as well as our BTEC Business L3 course. Teaching will include one evening per week. The role will allow you to develop as a lecturer, with the guidance and support of a team of Programme Leaders, Coordinators and Mentors who lead provision within the department.

Your duties would include the preparation and delivery of engaging lectures for our developing students; along with administration, assessment and quality assurance practices associated with these duties. We encourage the use of practical and active teaching and learning methodologies, to bring the learning to life. You will be able to apply knowledge and examples from your experiences to the teaching and learning you deliver.

This will ensure learners are gaining an in-depth understanding and appreciation of the duties, challenges and rewards of following a career in the Business industry. Contract type
- Permanent Contract Terms - 18.5 hours per week. 417.5 hours annual teaching time 12 to 13 hours teaching per week. Up to 2.5 hours per week working off site in agreement with manager. Annual Leave ? 46 days leave per annum. ? All normally observed public holidays, determined annually. ? Up to 5 days efficiency closure days per annum, determined annually.
