300 North Limited is recruiting an experienced M&E Site Manager (Electrical bias) for Swansea, South Wales. The freelance role is immediate-start, running for ~14–16 months on a major leisure/visitor development, with on-site management of M&E works and coordination of subcontractors across a large site.
You will lead electrical elements, maintain safety standards, review RAMS, and support testing, commissioning and handover activities on a busy, multi-building project.
