Support Worker, Mental Health

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Colwyn Bay (Housing Project). Join our Housing Project in Colwyn Bay as a Support Worker, supporting residents with budgeting, daily living skills, and promoting independence. Activities include walkarounds, monitoring, and group sessions.

Shifts available: 8am–8pm, 8pm–8am

• Hourly rates from £12.60 – £23.00 depending on shift type

• Holiday pay accrued on top of your earnings
• Mileage allowance (30p per mile after the first 20 miles of your round trip)

• At least 6 months’ experience in a similar care role within the UK
• Experience of supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health or behaviours that challenge is desirable
• A caring, resilient, and patient approach
• Driver preferred due to shift times and location
• MAPA/CPI or equivalent training is an advantage (training can be provided)
