💰 Earning Potential:
Up to £43,557.28 per annum

🕒 Working Hour: 2 on / 4 off shift pattern with sleep‑ins + 8 management hours

💷 Pay Per Sleep: £50 per sleep‑in

🏡 Service:
Supported Living / Supported Accommodation

👥 Service Users: 16–25‑year‑olds with complex needs, trauma backgrounds, EBD

Required:

Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum)

📆 Experience in Years

Required:

2+ years in Health & Social Care, Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or management role

We are seeking an experienced, confident and values‑led House Manager with a passion for empowering young people to develop independence and life skills.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading a care‑leaving supported accommodation provision in line with Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023
• Managing and developing a staff team
• Ensuring safeguarding, compliance and high‑quality standards
• Creating and reviewing independence plans and progression pathways
• Acting as a role model and mentor to young people and staff
• Overseeing rotas, performance, audits, inspections and budgets
• Working flexibly, including weekends and sleep‑ins
