A local healthcare provider in Colwyn Bay is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated practice nurse to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified nurse, preferably with chronic disease specialities, though all qualified applicants are welcome. Responsibilities include conducting reviews for various chronic conditions, child and adult vaccinations, and wound care. Candidates must have an RGN qualification and prior experience in primary care is desired.
