BCUHB North Wales invites applications for a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to join the Central Children s Immunisation Team, based at Kinmel Bay Child Health Clinic. You will visit schools and other community settings to deliver vaccines to school-aged children, travelling between Conwy and Denbighshire sites and supporting the nasal flu programme and high school vaccines.
You must be NMC registered, with strong documentation and communication skills.
