If you’re a recent grad who wants more than just a cubicle, this is your chance to work directly with our Director of Finance, CEO, and COO. You’ll gain a 360-degree view of how a successful business operates, from heavy‑duty financial reporting to HR and project management.

• Real Responsibility:
  Move beyond theory. You’ll manage AP/AR, sub‑contractor billing, and complex reconciliations that keep our multi‑million dollar projects moving.
• Strategic Support:
  You won’t just be "in the books." You’ll assist leadership with HR functions, employee certifications, and internal office operations.
• Mentorship:
  Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you’ll receive the hands‑on experience and development needed to fast‑track your professional growth.

• Full‑Cycle Accounting:
  Own the invoice lifecycle—from coding and PO matching to weekly check runs and ACH payments.
• Revenue Management:
  Generate customer invoices, track collections, and manage AR aging for major regional developments.
• Business Operations:
  Support the "people side" of the business through onboarding, benefits enrollment, and timekeeping management.
• Data Literacy:
  Compile data and run critical reports that drive our decision‑making.

• Compensation: $45,000–$50,000 base + bonus potential.
• Summer Fridays:
