Salary: $23–$26 /hour

- Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in line with policies, procedures, regulations, and dental board standards.
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
- Consult patients on treatment options, verify insurance payment, and ensure high quality of care.
- Under the Manager’s direction, supervise and reinforce daily tasks and priorities of the non‑clinical team.
- Review daily data to evaluate its impact on the practice.
- Oversee scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments.
- Verify insurance payment, collection, nightly deposits and credit card processing.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking; a focus on leveraging data.
- Organized and detail‑oriented.
