You will receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $17.00 per hour and the opportunity to earn up to $800.00 per week in tips and performance bonuses. For drivers, a company car may be provided.

• Clean customers' homes to Molly Maid standards, following our proven process.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Manage the team's schedule and drive safely if you are a team lead.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the vehicle is stocked with supplies.
• Adhere to safe and eco‑friendly cleaning practices.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day (7am–5pm).
• Excellent customer service skills; bilingual preferred.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well on a team.
