We are actively hiring multiple experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team. This is a stable, long-term opportunity for someone who knows how to handle customers, manage a busy workload, and take ownership of their role. • Servicing existing insurance clients with professionalism and urgency
• Handling insurance policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and coverage requests
• Managing a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining accuracy
• Maintaining detailed and compliant client records
• Working closely with the sales and service teams to retain and protect our clients

• Minimum of 3 years prior customer service experience required
• Must be willing to obtain a New York State insurance license
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, in-person office environment
• Insurance experience preferred but not required
